Resilient Roots Recovery

Private Addiction Recovery Care for Women

Grounded in Recovery

Growing in Strength

Resilient Roots Recovery is located on the Traditional Territory of Stz’uminus First Nations.

Who Are We?

Resilient Roots Recovery (Triple RRR) is a private, six-bed boutique supported recovery home for women overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. We specialize in supporting healing from addiction and related life challenges through a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach that combines compassion, structure, and personal empowerment.

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Ladysmith, British Columbia, our residence offers a calm, nurturing environment surrounded by natural beauty and community spirit. Ladysmith’s welcoming atmosphere makes it an ideal setting for recovery — peaceful yet connected, just 20 minutes from Nanaimo and one hour from Victoria.

At Triple RRR, we believe recovery is a deeply personal journey. Our philosophy is holistic and adaptable — we don’t put people in boxes. We combine structure with flexibility, honouring each woman’s individuality and strengths. Whether you arrive with an existing program or need help creating a personalized plan, we’ll work alongside you to develop a path that fits your goals and needs.

Our home provides a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where healing happens through connection — with self, others, and the world around you. Every participant receives one-on-one daily support and guidance, with opportunities for personal growth through life skills development, creative expression, community involvement, and purposeful living.

We are not a detox centre — we are a structured and supported recovery residence for women who are medically stable and free from substance use for at least 30 days. Residents must be committed to continued sobriety and active participation in the program, which includes in-house and external support groups, recreational activities, community engagement, and personal development.

Our goal is to help each woman rebuild confidence, rediscover independence, and create a life aligned with her true potential. From assistance with employment and housing to guidance with family and community reintegration, we are here to walk beside you — every step of the way.

At Resilient Roots Recovery, we’re more than a place to stay — we’re a community where stories are honored, growth is shared, and every woman is met with dignity, respect, and hope.
